with reference to your application to the. Director of... Public Works, I have to inform you that Government is prepared to approve modification of the lease conditions to permit of the erection of 3 separate blocks of flats on the combined areas of the above two lots in accordance with plans to be approved by the Public Works Department subject to the following conditions:-

(a) Payment by your client of an additional premium

amounting to $105,000.00

(b) The front portion of each block to be of 6 storeys

and the rear portion of 5 storeys in height number of flats to comprise 84 in all.

(c)Car parking spaces at the minimum rate of one car

per flat to be provided within the boundaries of the combined lots.

Except as so far modified, all the covenants and conditions of the Crown Leases of the above lots shall remain in full force and effect.

On hearing from you that your client is desirous of proceeding on this basis, a Demand Note for the premium will be forwarded to you for settlement by your client forthwith..

4.

On payment of the premium an appropriate endorsement will be made on the Counterpart Crown Leases of the above two lo retained in the Land Office, whereupon it is suggested that thi letter be attached to the title deeds in your client's posses
